I got them all out today to give them a cleaning. Since I have not posted or have told much about these I figured I would post up a few pictures.

Very nice collection. The first 3 wheeler I ever rode back in 84 was a 90. I plan on having one of those bad boys someday.

I have been collecting these over the last few years. The one on the right with the anti wheelie rubber weight (trail pro) was my first US90. I rode that machine everyday for the first 6 months. It has a green exterior parts and white frame and forks. And like everyone else one is not enough. That is when the blue 90 comes in, it did not begin life with me as you see it. It was built from 3 machines, the rear fender is from California, the front fender, tanks and forks are from the east coast. The front fender has a decal from I think a lawnmower repair shop where a blue 90 was purchased years ago. The Parrot Green 90 is my second most original. I bought it just missing the rear balloons. The yellow is one of the first 4500 built and has all the "odd" parts, the axle that is a metal plate with holes for the sprocket stubs, Honda decal on the stem and a few other things not typically seen on newer machines. The red machine I believe everyone knows the story of. I have 6 rear and 4 front original balloons sitting in the basement. Anyone know how to take off the left side balloon tire from the axle, it has been soaking in most every type of loosing liquid off and on for the last 4 years.

Parrot,
Excellent collection. I have been lucky enough for a few US90 rides, and it is super fun!! I think they are about the most unique machines.

Do you only collect 90s or do have other wheelers? I only ask because I look at your pictures and think, "what does he use for a trail ride?".

I have collected these, but I have a few 70's and a trx200sx. Like everyone else if a machine is for sale locally and is decently priced and condition it comes home. Trail riding has been cut down lately being busy. I have taken all of them out for rides and the blue and yellow seem to ride the best. I had the blue one out last year on a dirt road and I had to turn around to wait for everyone else. Once they got there I decided to spin around an ruffle up the gravel, well I broke the axle at the splines. Now there is one less US90 axle in the world that is why I have modernized them all.

Tires are somewhat difficult to locate. The hard part is finding the tires that have no repairs and hold air.

Just take a set of trailpro trailpro trailpro and grind them down with a grinder then you will have balloon tires that will last forever. j/k lol I love the 90' I want your parrot green its my favorite one.

Been awhile so I'll post an update. I have come across some old school parts so I plan on bulding a 54mm and a 56mm big bore, big cam machines. Both pistons are high dome. The 56mm is meant for a 110 engine but I will put it in a 90 engine with a 110 crank, makes for a great poor mans stroker. The cams are where I am somewhat lost. I have calipered two cams but am not sure whether it is correct. Do I measure the lob and subtract the bottom portion? One cam I come up with
.195 inches and the other .215 inches. I have looked online and cannot locate the stock measurements. I have looked on WebCams and see their smallest is a .215 that does not require aftermarket springs. Will I need springs with either of these cams?

Within the next few weeks I will be making an addition to my collection. Not going to say much more than that.
