Hey! that looks Stellar! what kind of rim is that on front? I took this morning off and went riding, I love that supertrap! Really made a diffence, that DG is loud! I sold mine and ordered the xcellerator.better get here this week. Well I'm bolting some parts on that made it back from the powdercoaters. spend another 31 bucks at ace. doh they don't give those stainless bolts away, unless you sneak a couple out the door.

Killer trikes dudes.... ;) Awesome work
I agree, that blue ROCKS!!! I love that color, it looks so good. I absolutely must get a headlight guard like that and that color. hell I can't even find one. I bought one and it was a mangled up bent mess.
I hear you on the Ace SS bolts. I dropped a quick ten this morning just to bolt on my pipe and grab bar.
I don't know what kind of front wheel it is, but it sure does shine up nice. I dont know what the backs are either but they all kind of match. I think the guy said they were Douglas but he didnt know much about it. Hopefully I will get my parts this week and be done with both of them.

Whoa.... AWESOME BIKES! Now you all have raised the standard in my mind for mine! :?
Hey... I got a headlight guard from MR ATC ... what size bolts do I need to mount it? Do they go completely though the Triple Tree and have a nut on them or do they 'screw into' the triple tree somehow.
I also got an OEM Speedo and Tachometer! They light up at night... I can't wait to get them mounted. I'm going to have to modify the Tachometer's mounting perch, cause it's the same as the Speedometer's...
I agree with the OEM Fork Boot's.... Service Honda has them for $23 a piece... I figured might as well get the right ones than to mess around with Sunstar ones that look like... well.... not good!
I will start to piece mine together soon. I have enough money invested in parts, I could have bought another 350X!! ;) BUT.... it will all be worth it! I got new OEM rear plastics, mounting gromments, and plates from MR ATC... just waiting on the seat foam and cover from Hi-Flite. The speedo and front forks I am waiting on the boots from Service Honda, and the seals and Progressive fork springs from Dennis Kirk. (I did get a OEM white front fender on Ebay and a 350X sticker kit -- couldn't wait so I put them on... will have to take off when I tear the forks apart, but it looks sharp!!)
I got OEM tank stickers and new OEM tank scoops too. I got '86 stock ones as they are improved over the stock '85. They 'pulled back' the top corner of the scoop so the forks don't catch as easily on sharp turns. That's how one of my originals got cracked. Still debating what to do with all my original OEM plastics.. either to keep and sell with the bike (well I don't plan to ever sell it!), keep the rears as 'heavy trail' sets, or just sell the whole lot!
Hey... talkin bout that front fender... it has a very deep cut in it (not all the way through) but is a clean straight line. It collects dirt in it, and I'm sure in the winter it will collect water, freeze, and break some more. What can I use to 'seal' the crack without it looking like a Frankenstein reject?

Thanks guys, I can't wait til this bike gets done, I think I started it in December. Here's a couple more pics with some day light. what do you guys think of the rear lite. tacky or cool? I also braided the front hose with some hose brade from the scuba shop. I think that came out good.
