    KLT 200 just got it!

I don't know anything about these. But I got it for free so why not. The guy said it had no spark so I'll go though the system testing everything and see what I can do.
Anyone one have one of these and lets see it.

I don't know alot about them, but I'm pretty sure that they were known for electical problems. For some reason I'm thinking the black box (CDI) is known to go bad. I have one here for parts, that is a wiring nightmare, so I'm guessing that is what went wrong with it years ago when it was parked. If you need any other parts except for wiring and plastic, give me a shout.

    My KLT200

    Here's my ugly beast:

Dirtface, I need the part of the chain tensioner assembly that's actually inside the chain cover and has the roller on it. It's like a roller wheel with two metal sides that connect it to the pivot point. Mine is trashed. I also need a battery strap and a rear brake drum.

Do you have any of these parts? If so, what do you want for them shipped to 46304?

Had a problem with my klt250 not starting awhile back. Traced the problem to the starter switch assembly on the handlebar....... bit off soldering and she was good as new. The 250 is electric start only........ no kick or pull back-up...... not sure with your 200?
